ACTIVE

There are 11 STUDIO condos currently active on the market in Downtown Long Beach, ranging in price from $145,000 to $289,000.  Ranging in square footage from 249 to 527 square feet, average Days on Market is 144.  2 of these units have a parking space.  There are ample parking lots in Downtown Long Beach to accomodate your monthly parking needs quite reasonably.

Wow, 145 for a condo on Long Beach sounds like a great deal! How many bedrooms? Or, is it just a studio?
