Independence Day

American FlagIndependence
Day
is a celebration of America’s
Independence from the British
Empire. We celebrate the
freedom we enjoy with fireworks and parties.
It is a time to remember those that have served this country to protect
that freedom for which we enjoy. It is a
day of picnics with family, community parades and fireworks to celebrate the
birthday of the United
States.

the colonists did not have any representation in the English Parliament and had
no say in what went on.
