Mortgage Pre-Approval On Weekends

When you and Laurie Manny are looking at homes, on the weekend, banks and mortgage brokerages are closed. Most of the lending professionals are at the beach; I'm no different. I work hard during the week and enjoy the rest and recuperation the weekend affords. You might find that it is increasingly difficult to get pre-approved for a loan, for your Long Beach home, after 5PM on Friday.

"I need a loan approval and I need it now!", you think. "I have an offer to make"

Here are four steps to securing a loan approval by NOON tomorow, regardless of what day it is:

1- Apply online at http://www.CaliforniaLoanConnection.com/apply This is useful because it saves a lot of time on the telephone.

2- Fax your 2007 W2 forms and most recent bank statement to (858)-605-4230

3- Call me and leave a message at (858)-777-9751. This phone rings in my office, my cell, and my home office. Phone messages are forwarded to my e-mail.

4- Send an e-mail to: brian (at) CaliforniaLoanConnection (dot) com. Include your name, phone numbers, and a good time to call you on Sunday.

I'm pretty wired so you'll get in touch with me, most likely, on Saturday evening. If it's midnight, I can still address it by NOON tomorrow. Good luck with that offer!
