Jun 18 Downtown Long Beach California Vision2 comments »Downtown Long Beach Real EstateDowntown Long Beach has been revitalized over the last several years. High Rise Condominium Projects continue to sprout along our lovely waterfront. Historic Buildings continue to be gutted and re-created into beautiful Manhattan style lofts. Fabulous restaurants and incredible attractions like the Aquarium of the Pacific, The Pike, Shoreline Village and Pine Avenue continue to draw crowds seeking the fabulous entertainment and fine dining experiences they provide.
A projected park system, Riverlink, is in the works, it will travel up the LA River clear up to the City of Paramount providing a green front all along the Downtown water front, wrapping around Downtown and heading North for many miles along the LA River. The City of Long Beachs Visioning Committee has created a draft video presentation for the future of Downtown Long Beach.
Now all we need is for the Port of Long Beachs Clean Air Action Plan to take effect and we will certainly be one of the most desirable places on earth.

Notice Of Default - NOD
If you receive a notice of default (NOD) for your mortgage, you need to act quickly. A NOD is a notification given if you have not made payments by the predetermined deadline (usually specified in your Deed of Trust). It spells out repayment (sometimes called curing) schedules and outlines the foreclosure process and timeline. 2) If you owe the money, and have equity in your home, contact us immediately. We have private investors who may lend you up to 70% of the value of your home. Most banks or mortgage companies will not lend you money once a NOD is filed. Jun 04 Downtown Long Beach Loft Living - Its a LifestyleLeave a comment »
Downtown Long Beach Loft Living Its a Lifestyle Living in a Downtown Long Beach Loft affords the owner a sense of success. The wide open spaces of the Walker Building, Kress Lofts, The Temple Lofts and The Insurance Exchange provide the resident with many desirable amenities. Some of the most desirable traits of lofts are the high ceilings and abundance of streaming sunlight which provide the resident with a feeling of openness and freedom never felt in a home, or a condo, with an over-abundance of walls pressing in.
Our world moves so fast around us these days, how nice it is to come home and have a large, private open space to patter around in, often without the need for window coverings. Most Downtown Long Beach Condos are 4 stories or less. Buildings which were converted to lofts are taller, therefore can provide sweeping skyline views from large windows, of the ocean or the city, ergo-the higher prices. Many of these conversions are historic landmark buildings, which greatly increases their desirability.
The lofts in Downtown Long Beach are very desirable, but often out of the financial reach of many of todays home buyers. The higher prices these fabulous loft-homes fetch has really honed the market down to those who can afford that metropolitan urban lifestyle which has become so very desirable. The lofts do not sell quickly, but they do sell. The Downtown Long Beach Condo market is flooded at the moment due to the explosive growth resulting from the re-development of the area, affording buyers with many choices. The loft buyer is usually an urban minded professional or couple who want the more cosmopolitan, Downtown Long Beach lifestyle. Lofts are usually located in busy metropolitan areas, Downtown Long Beach is definately that.
Wonderful coffee shops abound nearby, great shopping, entertainment and area beaches-all within walking distance provide a very desirable lifestyle, if you can afford it.

Jun 03 Long Beach California Japanese Garden and Koi Pond5 comments »LONG BEACH REAL ESTATE Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden and Koi Pond
Spend a Relaxing Afternoon Feed the Koi Dedicated in April 1981, the garden was built through the generosity of Mrs. Loraine Miller Collins. The contribution was made in memory of her late husband, Earl Burns Miller, for whom the 1.3 acre plot is named. Following three years of planning, in cooperation with California State University Long Beach, Mrs. Collins selected Long Beach landscape architect Edward R. Lovell to design the garden. In preparation for the project, Mr. Lovell visited similar gardens in Japan and in the United States.
The resulting garden reflects the universitys continuing interest in international education, and the university community is delighted to have you share in this educational, cultural, and aesthetic resource. Read more
