Top 5 Tips for Selling Your Home in a Down Market

Like Long Beach California, many markets across our nation are experiencing a down Market.  I read articles daily on blogs describing the market in other areas and what Realtors® are doing to compensate, to best represent their clients.

Many bloggers belong to Nationwide Social and Real Estate Networks, have come to know each other and have become friends.  I deeply respect and admire many of my fellow bloggers.  Each of them has their finger on the pulse of their market.  We often exchange ideas and improve our arsenol for the benefit of our clients.

Today on Miamism.com (a very fun blog), which is authored by Rick & Ines, Mariana Wagner a Colorado Springs Real Estate Broker and author of The Springs Real Estate Scoop made a guest appearance, not unlike Brian Brady does here at Long Beach Real Estate Home.

Mariana has written an article which is just as relevent here in the Long Beach Real Estate Market as it is in Colorado Springs and in Miami, Florida.  I hope you enjoy the read:

Laurie - Thank you for this! I think that guest blogging is an awesome opportunity to connect with other bloggers as well as show different perspectives of the real estate and mortgage markets ... which is invaluable to home buyers, sellers and investors.

I loved the post and the collaboration!   And of course, it doesn't matter where you live.  If you are experiencing a down market, what needs to be done is the same regardless if you live in California, Colorado, or Florida!

Thanks Laurie.

Colleen sent us this time. Everybody in your market should be reading your blog. Good  idea to have Brian writing on it too.

Ginger,

I agree. Marianna's post was very good, it is as valid here in Long Beach as it is in Colorado Springs, in Miami or anywhere.
